Drummers will need to purchase sticks, a practice pad and a tutor book of the instructor\u2019s choice (this has yet to be determined).\n<\/p>\n<p>* Agree to attend the scheduled group lessons with an instructor for the pipe band.\n<\/p>\n<p>* Pay the Band a commitment fee of $30.00. (this fee is non-refundable)\n<\/p>\n<p>Pipe band\u2019s commitments to new member*\n<\/p>\n<p>* Provide instruction at no cost to the associate member with a current playing band member.\n<\/p>\n<p>* Supply a set of bagpipes for the associate member\u2019s temporary use when their instructor declares them proficient on the chanter (this will allow you to learn to play the full pipes prior to purchasing the full instrument) if a piper. The pipe band will provide a chanter for all pipers\u2019 use during band events.
